Camfil AB has acquired the French air filter company Chimbault-Peyridieux.
Established in Mauriac in 1978, the family-owned company designs and manufactures air filters for air treatment and work environments. The acquisition of Chimbault-Peyridieux will expand Camfil’s share of the French comfort market and give the company a potential boost in carbon media sales and clean process sales.
Chimbault-Peyridieux’s product line will complement Camfil’s existing portfolio of high quality filtration products. They bring market knowledge and manufacturing capabilities which will reinforce Camfil’s position in France.
